Though the brand began in 2021, Facility Command is a spinoff of the Buildable Group which dates back to 2016.  Facility Command was formed and branded to better reflect the core services focused on restaurant facility management.  Since the beginning, our focus has been on project management and leadership for enterprise and emerging restaurant and retail brands.  

Our projects range from sourcing a single air curtain for a Zaxby’s franchisee to coordinating the installation of 416 dishwashers in 120 days to fixed asset surveys for over 12,000 locations throughout the country.
